1. Introduction
The website https://loyaledge.net (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Peak CS Limited, a company incorporated and registered under the laws of the Republic of Malta, with registration number C 91687 and registered office at 115B, Suite 3, Old Mint Street, Valetta VLT 1515, Malta (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the access to, use of and interaction with the Website by any person who visits or uses it (“you”, the “User”). By accessing or continuing to use the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Website.
These Terms are provided and concluded in the English language. The Company may revise, amend or replace these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time by publishing the updated version on the Website, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Website after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. The version published on the Website at any given time shall be deemed the current and applicable version.
2. Purpose of the Website
- The Website provides information regarding the Company’s activities, operations and opportunities.
- The Website allows prospective clients to contact the Company and request further information regarding its services.
- The Website also enables individuals to express interest in employment with the Company by submitting the online application form together with their curriculum vitae (each such individual, an “Applicant”).
Any commercial engagement of the Company’s services by a client is subject to a separate written service agreement between the Company and that client. Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding offer to provide services, and no contractual relationship for the provision of services arises solely from the use of the Website.
3. Recruitment
Applicants wishing to be considered for employment must complete the application form available on the Website and provide the requested information. By submitting an application, you confirm that:
- you have full legal capacity to submit the application under the laws applicable to you; and
- your application does not breach the terms of any other agreement to which you are a party (including any non-compete or confidentiality obligation).
By submitting the form, you also accept the Company’s Privacy Policy and authorise the Company to use the information you provide in order to:
- assess your skills, qualifications and suitability for the relevant role;
- carry out background and reference checks, where applicable and permitted by law;
- communicate with you regarding the recruitment process;
- maintain records relating to the Company’s hiring procedures; and
- comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

4. User’s Representations and Warranties
By using the Website, you represent and warrant that:
- you reside in a jurisdiction in which use of the Website is lawful and unrestricted;

- you will not permit or authorise any other person or entity to submit the application form using your information, and you will not submit information on behalf of another person;
- you will not use the Website for any purpose that is fraudulent, criminal or otherwise unlawful in any applicable jurisdiction, and you will not transmit through it any material that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable, including material that encourages unlawful conduct;
- any information you transmit to us has been collected and is provided in full compliance with applicable law, and you hold all necessary authorisations to provide it;
- all information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date to the best of your knowledge; and

The Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Website, without notice and at its sole discretion, if it is believed that you have breached these Terms.
5. Company’s Representations and Disclaimers
All content on this website is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of intellectual property. All implied warranties and conditions are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The Company declares that personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable Maltese, data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless such disclosure is necessary for the purposes described in these Terms or in the applicable privacy notices, or is required by law. The submission of an employment application through the Website does not create any right to, or guarantee of, employment with the Company, and the Company has no obligation to notify you if it determines, at its sole discretion and without liability, that your application does not meet its recruitment standards.
The Website is intended solely to provide general information about the Company’s activities and services, to enable prospective clients to contact the Company, and to allow individuals to submit employment applications through the online form. Staffing and recruitment agencies, and individuals represented by such agencies, are not permitted to use the Website to submit profiles, applications or CVs, or to forward CVs directly to the Company’s employees; any such submission will be treated as unsolicited and creates no obligation on the Company.
The Company undertakes to act at all times in good faith and in accordance with the purpose of these Terms.
6. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, viruses, cyber-attacks, distributed denial-of-service attacks or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, software or data as a result of your use of the Website, as well as failures of telecommunications networks, power outages, acts of government, natural disasters or other events of force majeure.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyright, trademarks, trade names, logos, patents, designs, domain names and other intellectual property rights subsisting in or used in connection with the Website and its content are and shall remain the sole property of the Company or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in such intellectual property. 10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Malta.
The parties shall use reasonable efforts to resolve amicably any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malta.
